Many diseases of the mother and the baby (fetus) can be listed as risky pregnancies.
We follow up pregnancies with no risk or very low risk, which we can call normal pregnancies, and we perform vaginal delivery or cesarean delivery according to the patient’s request.
However, due to our special interest, all kinds of risky pregnancies, especially the following diseases, are followed up:
- Pregnancies with placenta adhesion anomaly
- Cesarean scar pregnancy
- Those with cervical insufficiency
- Pregnant women with cervical suture (cerclage) surgery
- Advanced age pregnancies
- Pregnancies with high blood pressure
- Pregnancies after previous surgery on the uterus and uterine wall
- Pregnancies after fibroid surgery where the uterine wall is damaged
How do we do risky pregnancy follow-up?
Risky pregnancy follow-up mainly covers 24 hours, day and night.
In emergencies at night and especially in cases of hemorrhagic pregnancy, it is possible for patients to reach the 24-hour phone that patients can call, and they are told which hospital they should come to, and they are seen and examined by us personally.
Since we do all our planning according to our patients, we have not had a single patient that we could not reach or plan for since 2020, when we started to provide service.
Due to the fact that we will follow up patients after each surgery, especially risky pregnancies, our clinic is closed that day.
